This app is powered by New York State’s Open Data platform, pulling information from a robust and ever expanding database of information about the places and events arcoss the state. 

The app functions include:

Near Me - Authorizes the app to use location services and find nearby locations at the touch of a button.

Filter by Region - Filters listing pages by region or nearby.

Filter by Category - Category filters will help users to pinpoint just the type of activity they are seeking whether it’s water parks or wineries.

Favorites - Click "I Heart This" to save your destinations and access them later.
