Jobs: Interactive Producer

• Job Description:

  Producers develop and manage medium- to large-scale projects for corporate and creative clients. Projects range from web sites to interactive games, web animation and software applications.

  You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project management including client relations, project specification and documentation, budgets, resource allocation, and defining and maintaining large project schedules and workplans.

  Producers work closely with internal resources and freelancers, as well as the business development team and the client. You will need to coordinate between departments and prioritize tasks. You will be involved with every aspect of the project from inception to QA, and charged with delivering the project on time and on budget.

  Qualifications:

  Applicant must possess strong client facing experience, excellent people skills, and an innate ability to plan projects and keep them on track in a highly organized and logical manner.

  A high level of personal energy, passion for your work, and overall sense of responsibility are vital.

  We are looking for applicants who are well versed in industry best practices and developments, and are excited about the creative, technological, and business opportunities that are emerging in this field.
  
  Additional Areas of Knowledge (helpful, but not required):

  • Basic HTML / Dreamweaver experience (willing to teach skills to fast learning person)
  • Ability to use Photoshop
  • Experience in Marketing, Copy Writing, Proposal and Business Development
  • Experience producing Motion Graphics (After Effects) or Character Animation (Flash)
  • Broadcast Production

  Required Skills:

  • 3 Plus years of demonstrated skill producing complex consumer-oriented websites including features such as flash scripting, content management systems, games and activities, e-commerce, membership programs
  • Excel at defining scope of work, assessing resources, scheduling, budgeting, project management, defining and meeting milestones and deadlines, verbal and written communication, managing up and down the internal and client hierarchies
  • Excel at client and team management including business, technical and creative personalities,
  • Cross Platform Computer skills including: MS Project Scheduling; Excel budgeting & financial tracking; MS Office Suite
